1. Shipping Locations We currently ship within the United Kingdom. For international orders, please contact us at lconyia@hotmail.co.uk before placing your order.

2. Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

3. Delivery Timeframes & Services

• Standard Delivery (2–4 business days) – £3.95 (Free for orders over £50)

• Express Delivery (1–2 business days) – £6.95

You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order has shipped.

4. Local Delivery or Collection Please contact us for local delivery or in-store pickup.

5. Missed Deliveries If delivery is missed, a card will be left with instructions to rearrange. After multiple failed attempts, your parcel may be returned to us.

6. Delays & Disruptions While we aim to meet delivery estimates, unexpected delays (e.g., weather, courier issues) may occur. We’ll communicate promptly if your order is impacted.

7. Damaged or Lost Items Please inspect your parcel upon arrival. If items are damaged or missing, contact us at lconyia@hotmail.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
